Project Description::

This unique Park, the eastern headland of Port Phillip Bay, includes 470 Ha of coastal landscape featuring ocean and bay beaches with rare and endangered flora and fauna. Significant buildings include a range of 20th century defensive fortifications and gun emplacements and the extensive former Quarantine Station, a complex of 80 buildings, many of very high heritage significance, dating from the 1850s. TZG, with Taylor Cullity Lethlean, have been engaged by Parks Victoria to develop the master plan for the ongoing conservation of the place, and its adaptation to provide for a vibrant and sustainable mix of public, commercial and educational uses.
