Project Description::
This study, by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer in collaboration with the Australia Street Company, was designed to provide directions for the future of The Marian Street Theatre in Killara. The scope of the study included recommendations on the size of co-located facility components, community amenities, technical requirements, indicative capital costs, recurrent operational models and budget, income potential and broad concept designs.
Three options were pursued in detail and a preferred option was developed to include a ten year operational budget and full construction costings.
