Roger O’Sullivan | Director
Since joining Tonkin Zulaikha Greer in 1994, Roger’s particular areas of professional expertise are in the management and production of Contract Documentation, administration of Building Contracts and in the project management of large-scale refurbishments. Roger is the Quality Manager for Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects and was appointed as a director in 1998.
Prior to joining Tonkin Zulaikha Architects Roger was a senior architect with Australian Construction Services where he was responsible for the contract documentation of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Building in Canberra valued at approximately $170 million.
He was the Superintendant’s Representative for the construction and contract finalisation of the Australian Commonwealth Offices at 487 Pitt Street Sydney responsible for the contract documentation and contract administration for the refurbishment of the Head Office of the Commonwealth Bank at 48 Martin Place, Sydney ($120 million).
